In July 2012 a nationwide ban was enacted against the sale of artificial cannabinoids within the U.S.1 Local and condition legislation also regulate synthetic cannabinoids. Whilst synthetic cannabinoids are illegal during the U.S., the solution may still be marketed illegally on the streets.
